I found this recipe for Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars on another blog and made them yesterday. They are delicious! The only complaint I had was that the center of the bars "sank" in the middle. I don't know why, maybe it was my oven. Regardless, they were great, moist chewy and very addictive!
